Day Habilitation Eligibility & Fees

day habilitation

Client at Day Hab

The merger of Advocates and MetroWest Human Services a few years ago combined the expertise of two of the area's leading providers of mental health and developmental disabilities support services.

As a result, Advocates now offers vocational and day support services with a wide range of physical and educational challenges.

Day Habilitation
offers active therapeutic services to individuals who can benefit from structured learning and recreation. Speech, behavioral, occupational and physical therapies enhance participants’ abilities to function independently, relate to others, make choices, and advocate for themselves. Activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning, maintaining personal hygiene and exercising all build a foundation for the expansion of opportunities and the growth of self-esteem.

Philosophy
Advocates, Inc. provides Day Habilitation Services to adults with multiple cognitive, physical and sensory disabilities.

All Day Habilitation services are provided in accordance with each person’s individualized service plan. Services are based on each person’s needs, interests, and preferences.
